WOW AMAZING VALUE - LONG TERM STAYS !! (3 MONTHS)

 I specialize in attracting and encouraging long term stays at Studio 2 @ the papillon residence by having more convenient items  / Extras included and better value. Ive seen many like to go to Samui for as long as a travel visa allows. (3 months) so Ive slashed prices to attract and appeal for durations 3 month and over. I am one that firmly believe that you get what you pay for generally. With the Studio 2 @ the papillon residence you get more.

Its easier for me to manage and liaise with the Papillon residence and maximizes return in this current economic gloom everyone talks of. As common sense goes less people are holidaying. (and paying credit company's instead) and consequently Samui has seen a reduction in visitors yet the number of properties to choose from continues to rise and so has the competition. Samui is one of the most expensive areas in Thailand.  I would like to change that, from 20/07/09 prices below apply. Choose the Papillon residence and you wont be disappointed with the accommodation and location.

3 MONTHS

Low season ONLY £750.00 incl months of may, jun, sept, oct & nov. - (Equiv to only £250.00GBP per month !!!)

High season ONLY £850.00 incl months of feb, mar, apr, jul, and aug.

 £950.00 incl month of dec AND jan together 

 

season includes the one with the greatest majority if 3 month period cross seasons.

Not the best new beachfront hotel can recreate the Papillon residence homely feel or top the design and quality decor and the location, well it cant be beaten. If i haven't sold you yet and your undecided please take time to look at the reviews from past guests in testimonial's and if you haven't seen the pictures, there in the gallery. I took them myself. alot of the impressive temples at the end of the close to the main road. (within walking distance from the residence)

 

 

Terms and Conditions


 Daily (only) include breakfast in price. Weekly / monthly stays breakfast and room service optional (190 baht per person), Room cleaning (250 occasional / 500 baht daily) only final room cleaning of 500 baht required before departure.

  max capacity 2 persons + one child for Studio (2) 

 

Transfer to the airport 300 baht each way per person (600 baht per person) I will arrange, please inform me of arrival and departure times.

 

50% deposit to Book. The remaining within a week of arrival is exceptable. I will confirm payment and booking times via email. If your dates co-inside with different seasons the cost will apply to the season with the greatest majority (i.e.60% high/40% peak = high season value)


 

Date changes can be made to best suit your needs and I will advise when is available. Guests that have paid the lease owner / Me that are no longer able to go due to un-for seen circumstances I will refund minus any transfer costs.

 All linen and towels are provided. Electricity & water included. (no hidden charges)


English spoken and Thai. The Reservation manager Valerie is on site during the day.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be sent in three different methods to the lease owner (myself) Mr Lewis Harvey. The most secure, easy and cheapest way for you (especially if you reside in the UK) is to send payment via a bank transfer, cheque or by paypal but if paypal is your desired method depending on the amount there will be a small extra charge by me to cover Paypal high fees. (£5 for every £100) Paypal excepts credit cards.

(please be sure to inform me of your flight dates, breakfast and room service requirements can be pre-arranged with me or you can decide when you are there on those)

Comparison: www.holidaylettings.com shows there are very few quality 2 person accommodation available and none by the sea with more commonly similar quality 4 person accommodation by the sea being in the region of 1,000 GBP per week and up in Samui.
